This work is about access to justice for indigenous women. Predictive assistant of criminal judicial decisions in crimes committed by indigenous women in Mexico with a focus on gender, indigenous worldview and native language.

Impact

The impact of the work is to address the national need for women’s access to criminal justice with a gender perspective, both through the traditional justice of the communities and the ordinary state justice, based on reasonable adjustments of identity, uses and customs and original language.
