Co-founder and Co-director of the Artificial Intelligence and Society Hub [IASIC], working with a profound commitment to advancing the ethical governance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and shaping policies rooted in human rights and social justice. We drive our collaborative efforts in research, consultancy, and educational initiatives, exploring the intersection of AI with diverse fields such as education, public and organizational communication, the future of work, information quality, ethics, and regulation.
Through the IASIC Hub, we have worked with traditionally marginalized communities to explore possible improvements in the application of AI technologies with them. Additionally, we have supported the development of ethical national and regional initiatives and policies on the design, development, implementation, and use of artificial intelligence systems in various areas of society.
