*COVID-19 CANCELLED.

The Commission on the Status of Women at its 64th session (CSW64), will undertake a review and appraisal of progress made in the implementation and outcomes of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (BPfA).

The Alliance will be in New York to raise awareness and spur action around the challenges of digital inclusion. How will we do this? We will:

Host alliance building and outreach events: for Inclusive Algorithms> and for Inclusive Algorithms>.

Influence the CSW64 Political Declaration to ensure inclusive algorithms and gender equality in algorithms is set high and then remains on the international agenda.

Keep talking and building a feminist movement for inclusive algorithms:

We expect CSW64 to be the biggest gathering of feminists yet! We will maximize our time to speak to feminists, delegates, international organizations, businesses, and other civil society organizations in other sectors that need to be brought into the movement. We will continue to shine a spotlight on the multiple and intersecting challenges faced day-to-day by everyday women and advocate for lasting institutional and cultural systems changes that galvanize women’s influence. Inclusive algorithms are needed for an inclusive digital future.
