Belona Sonna: Associate Data Engineer at ALTREZE, Belona is interested both in research and entrepreneurship, and in pursuing data science research projects that can revolutionize the healthcare industry ethically. Her key area of interest is Ethical AI in Healthcare.
Chennai Chair: Chenai is a policy researcher at the World Wide Web Foundation with a focus on building evidence for pro-poor and public interest digital policy. She is currently exploring digital innovation and its impact on Africa’s social and economic growth as well as digital rights from a feminist perspective.
‘Gbenga Sesan: ‘Gbenga Sesan is the Executive Director of Paradigm Initiative, a pan-African social enterprise working on digital inclusion and digital rights through its offices in Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow at the Digital Civil Society Lab at Stanford University. He advised the World Health Organisation on Data Privacy in the early days of the coronavirus pandemic and is currently advising the World Economic Forum on its Operationalising Trust Project, to develop rights-respecting Data Policy for businesses.
